TISANGALE!  CELEBRATE!

…and we did on Saturday, May 2nd as we gathered to hear all that has been happening through Future Vision Ministries in Malawi and look to what the future holds.

We thank you for your tremendous support and faithful partnership.  Your attendance, generous giving, and donation of items for auction are all very much appreciated.

We were treated to Newton Sindo joining us in a video from Malawi to ask the blessing on the evening and share the latest news.

We owe so much to Corrine Storms and the Auction/Dinner organizing committee for their hard work and creativity in planning this year’s event. Thank you so much and well done in making this evening a memorable event and a significant financial success!

“WE REACHED OUR TARGET OF $ 50,000 THROUGH YOUR COMPASSIONATE GIVING AND SUPPORT!”

And now we continue to celebrate (Tisangale) God’s goodness as we look to the future with confidence.  The verse we began Popcorn House and Future Vision Ministries with back in 1992 was shared in our message at the Auction this year:

“Jesus…the same Yesterday, Today and Forever” !

Newton Sindo will continue to manage all the programs in Malawi and lead the team there as he has done so admirably over the years.

All active day to day management will be handed over to Chuck Onyschuk as it is our expressed desire to pass this on to those who are younger and committed to leadership.

Dan will continue to liaise with Newton, the Malawi team, and the Canadian board to ensure continuation of relevant development in Malawi and he and others will travel to Malawi on a regular basis to walk alongside our “Malawian family”.

As the board continues to reflect new leadership and passion for the vision and mandate of FVM there will be a new chairperson appointed by December 2015 to replace John Vos who retires after many years of faithful service and passionate commitment.

Thank you again…as we continue together “Building Brighter Tomorrows”.

                                                                                TISANGALE!
