~A Letter from a Recent Graduate~
I am Shirrah Wonderful Kagwamminga. I lost both parents when I was 14 years old. I was doing my junior secondary education at Providence Girls Secondary School. Future Vision Ministries (FVM) started providing scholarship in 2012 through Student Christian Organisation of Malawi (SCOM) when I was in third year in Secondary School. The education assistance covered tuition fees till I completed my secondary education in 2013. By the grace of God, I was selected to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). As per promise, FVM continued contributing to my tuition fees from first year to fourth (final) year of my university education. Through the assistance I was able to finish both my secondary school and university without facing any financial problems in regards to my school fees.
As I write this, I have just obtained a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Granada, Spain. I got a scholarship to further my studies in Spain by the Women for Africa Foundation (WAF) in 2019.
I believe that God came through for me at the moment I really needed help in 2012 through Future Vision Ministries. If I had not completed secondary education, I could not have been able to be where I am today. It has been such a great honour to be part of those that have benefitted from FVM.
Through the assistance I received, I have been encouraged to always be there for others who need help anytime I am in position to do so. I have learnt that helping others starts with the little you have, one does not have to wait to have more to help.
Special thanks go to the Almighty God for giving me such a privilege. To FVM, words fail me to describe how grateful I am for the financial and spiritual assistance that was rendered to me throughout my secondary and university education. May the good LORD who enabled you to come through for me continue to open doors for the ministry.

Praise God for what He has been able to do in the life of Shirrah!
