We are excited to share these personal success stories of lives that have been changed through access to education.
Hello my name is...Dalitso Kalua Without financial support from Future Vision Ministries, it would have been difficult to finish the 5 years of my college education. In 2015, the government of Malawi increased tuition fees by 400%; this was too much for most of us, as by then we had already been in the college for more than a year and had not seen this coming. Fortunately, Future Vision Ministries continued to pay part of my tuition which I have always been grateful for. |
I finished my studies in 2018 and graduated with BSc. Laboratory Sciences (Honours). I am currently working with the Helse Nord Tuberculosis Initiative of the College of Medicine and Malawi Liverpool Welcome Trust as a junior researcher. I am hoping to enrol in a master’s program very soon. I personally want to thank Future Vision Ministries for the assistance they rendered to me and other people- a hand inspired to give by God. It is my prayer that God continues to bless this organization and the people behind it as they continue this work. |
We are steadily moving forward in our work as more community visits have taken place and plans for future activities are being made.
- 350 children continue attending preschool and feeding program as volunteers continue to provide these important services.
- There was a visitor from Tanzania (Eliya Mahende), who after reading about the work FVM does in Malawi travelled all the way from Dodoma to witness it for himself. Chiefs Taulo and Nandolo shared exciting details of FVM's work in Malawi which Eliyah admired and appreciated.
- Second phase Covid-19 vaccination (AstraZeneca) is resuming. Our prayer is that transmission should end.
- 4 Community-based Bible Study sessions and 2 evangelism outreaches were conducted.
